The Governor orders that the flags atop the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Saturday, April 22, 2023, in honor of the ceremonial reinterment of the twelve unidentified Patriots who fought for freedom and American independence in the Revolutionary War and died at the Battle of Camden on August 16, 1780, and the Governor requests that the flags over state buildings and buildings of the political subdivisions of this State similarly be flown at half-staff for this purpose.
